I am doing a lot better today than I did last night. I hated myself for eating that big piece of cake. No cake today though, I am on top of the situation and feeling good about it. I have been bowling every day 4 days, so I am getting plenty of exercise. My husband just had his ball re-drilled and has been wanting to practice so there we are bowling 2-3 games every day. He is improving and it isn't hurting me either. Everyone enjoy the game tomorrow.
