Ok, we did the Superbowl thing and the team I was cheering for won. Now it is time to get back to normal and concentrate on my last 5 pounds. I wasn't entirely successful Sunday, but I have nothing to whine about.
I am focusing on being 100% in line with low carb. I will log every bite without fail and drink lots of water.
