About three and a half week until I head down to Daytona for Bike Week. I can't wait to get out of this God forsaken cold weather. I honestly do not know how I can get through another winter up hear in the North between the Great Lakes. Even though this winter has been extremely mild compared to a normal winter we are now into a cold period with the temperatures staying in the single numbers Fahrenheit and after the surgery on my back this really bothers me. I have a hard time moving and am in constant pain. It's hard to workout, go to the gym, or even get motivated to go out anywhere. I know I need to move around more but I can't tell you how much the weather effects my body. I really think it is time to make that move to the Sunshine State. As a kid I always thought I might end up in California but California is getting as stupid with their laws as New York is and out of all the states I have been to the two I find that I feel the most at home in are Texas and Florida. Since Florida is the closest and I have family and friends already there, I think that is going to be my place of the future. I know where you live also has a very big influence on your physical condition too. When I lived in California, I never had a real weight problem, nor when I lived anywhere but the colder northern climates. Even in the summer hear, my weight issue isn't as difficult to deal with as it is in the winter. Oh well, I guess I'll deal with it for now
