Thanks, guys! I conquered my fear of cutting raw chicken and sliced 2 giant bewbs into thin slices. The result was super flavorful, but still juicy chicky thanks to a super hot, non-stick pan. It’s a labor of like because I has to cook this in 4 batches, but it was worth the effort!

Wifey, yes, exactly! This is for the workweek (minus the amount I gobbled up for dinner last night), so today and tomorrow. I’ve been eating so much chicken that I’m going to turn into a bawk bawk.
