Okay, I’m developing a new law and that is to stop mixing too many things together. I know if all ends up the same down in the gut, but I just don’t enjoy eating 1/2 dozen things at the same time. I’m going down to say 3 things on the plate, I don’t mean salads. A good trick is to cover half your plate with non starchy vegetables, probably 2, hopefully green. On the other half of the plate, you can place your protein/fat source. Oh yeah, buy a smaller plate 🤣😂🤣
