Well, here you are popping up again. Since this is the first time since February, and that was the only time since November, I hope you are well. I see you have lost approximately 17 pounds since February of last year, so you must have been watching your diet. That may seem slow to you, but it's faster than I have managed. I gained about 20 pounds after our daughter died of cancer, and am very, very slowly taking it off. Life can be hard, can't it?
