I ate a whopping 1800 calories yesterday, I was just so hungry it seemed. I ate very nutritional and the scale didn't move up or down. Your body does tell you to eat, you just have to pick up the right foods. I am learning. It's hard (for me) not to just go for it and eat luscious fattening foods 'til your sick. I am so glad today, though, that I had some control and smarter thinking about the situation.
