I am happy to report another great day. It was warm today. I went to the store to restock my low carb stuff. I wish we had a Hy Vee store in the area, they have a wonderful specialty foods section. It is a low carb paradise. but for now, Wal-Mart is going to have to do. The wind just about blew me away. Every time I got out of the car, my hair stood on end. I wished I would have worn a good fitting baseball cap. I am forgoing my dinner because I have already reached my 20 carb limit. I am having coffee and water. However, I am not at all hungry. and that is good.
I hope everyone has as good of a day and that the scales will be "ever in our favor". good night

My Hy-Vee carries very little low carb foods. I finally got them to order in bread and buns for me. Everything here is gluten free. They say the low carb "fad" is over, I say "I don't think so"!

Good discipline! Today I received two diet packages on my doorstep. They were Stevia sweetening drops for coffee etc, and Talking Rain carbonated water with a touch of flavor without artificial flavors, but fruit essences, a substitute for sodas.
