Training today was perfect, BJJ was pretty technical and Muay Thai afterwards was really exhausting. Just the right balance :) Sceduled another workout tomorrow morning. Since I'm weight training again I decided not to weigh myself for a while, because I'll definetely be retaining water and also regaining some muscle mass and seeing that number grow would only mess with my head. Will measure my progress through pictures though :)

Sounds very good. I'm getting back, but can't exercise much with my knee. It's nice to get active.

try and go for a slow walk, or in case that also hurts your knee try training your upper body a bit :) Hope it get's better soon!
