Good example of how bad eating habits just leave you hungry. Thursday was my day to have my 2x /month Culver's concrete. I know... crazy habit, but it works better than any of the other laxative remedies prescribed, and I don't want to end up in the hospital again. But the result was that in spite of the calories involved, I woke up hungry yesterday morning because, of course, the calories on Wednesday were too much sugar/not enough protein. So that just set me off the wrong way yesterday as well, which means I went over my calorie goal (1375-1450), but didn't manage to get the actual nutrition I should... so now I am starving again today. So I'm going to try to turn myself around today. I just have to focus on the fact that this is for the long-term. Getting of the track for one day or even two days does not mean failure. It means "snap out of it" and get moving again, and that's what I'm going to do.
