Team bowling was ho hum today, I got a lot of exercise because I threw 2 balls every time. I got very few strikes. The diet went well and I stayed so very close to plan. I know better than to get my hopes up for a loss, because for the last 2 weeks I have been disappointed. I'll just take what comes and be grateful I haven't gained.
