Well, I had a class today that went long until 12:30. The facilitator brought in some banana nut bread, and I had a square. The closest thing I could find in the diet diary was a slice at about 500 calories, so I'm going with that. It was such a little thing to be 500 calories. That's what I love about keeping a food journal; you just don't have any idea what you consume unless you diligently track it. I'm about due to momentarily boost my intake to try to get some action going anyway. I'm in it for a lifestyle change - not just to see how fast I can drop the weight. I know that with regular aerobic activity, and just staying away from the fast food restaurants, and eating normal portions, my weight will naturally go to within 15 to 20 pounds of ideal. I'll deal with that when I get there. Going to try and make time to walk up some hills tonight on the treadmill.
