Walked 1.5 miles yesterday, 3.1 today. Dental implant experience been awful.
Flapless procedure with temporary placed right in the implant. I do not recommend this method. 2 weeks of misery without pain medication. Would have been better with a flipper I think.
Whine whine. A luxury problem. Lots of people wish they could afford dentures much less a $4k implant and that is not including the crown. The bastard still hurts like hell.
Am giving white potatoes. Staying strictly with sweet potatoes now on my fat free vegan plan. No gluten either.
