5 carbs or less in 3 weeks just around the corner now...please you should be logging in your food so you will know where you are at...cant drive a car without a steering wheel can you. if you are a new-bee Need to hit the ground running...no transition period. if you are in carbs and try to go into keto slowly over several days the high fat will cause some weight gain till you are completely in keto. start out the first day so plan your meals before we start. good to use the food dairy to look in the foods you will be eating before you eat to see how many carbs so you can make adjustments to the food. check out the little pie chart at the bottom for the ratios..shoot for 75%Fat 20%Protein 5%Carbo...if in doubt just ask and sure someone on here will give you the answer. lets not get to distressed over this challenge....we are all here to have fun.
