Thanks Anne, keep perserving. Doctor signed me off from work. In retrospect I don't think it was the best idea, I've discovered I like the order it creates in my daily routine 😃👍

If you aren't ready to go back to work, you can build routine into your day in other ways that mimic your workday patterns. eg get up at the same time and go for your walks, have tea breaks and lunch breaks at the same time as you would during the working day. Go and buy a paper every day. Stuff like that.

Good luck great ideas from Anne there Jonty , do you have any hobbies that can occupy you . I like to do family tree I try and keep a routine and do some work on that in afternoon. Prepare evening meal bath / shower etc Routine definitely helps

Thanks Caiosha. I used to be involved with a women's football team but finished a couple of years ago. I then started walking till my health stopped me a few months ago and I've just started again. I think routine will definitely help😃👍

Do things that n make u smile..
I don’t expect 80s Madonna/u2/simple minds will work for everyone, but a boogie round the house and singalong when I’m home alone does wonders for me..
