Yes. The first week I didnt walk. I just did yoga and pilates. Also my husband threw in some of his exercises when he was in the army. They work really well. Ive seen a big change in my body especially my arms. Now im walking early in morning I got up to 2 miles yesterday, today a mile I had to stop bc I saw a big dog approaching and dont like dogs so I walked home.
