this is such a good feeling. like I said in my last post, I am sick and tired of being unfit and unhealthy. So this time I'm doing it a little different, instead of relying on just eating a low calorie meal, I've incorporated Total lean meal replacement shake and it's doing exactly what I want it to do. I don't get crazy hungry, and get full quicker. I've also started exercising 30mins of cardio a day and guess what I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. my mean problem so far is salt, I still use some salt, not a lot, but enough to taste. I discover Pink Himalayan salt you get it at Publix, it's really good and not as salty as normal salt only thing is it's not cheap, but thank good Publix has a coupon you can use with it. :-)
