A pretty good day. Overcast, but cooler than it has been. High up in the 60's. Only ate according to plan. Not suffering; getting plenty full with less these days. Walked and jogged along the riverfront. Only enough jogging to practice foot placement. Still too heavy to really take much pounding yet. Figured I was last running 5K and 4 mile races at 225 pounds. Still 10 pounds to go before I get there. If I keep on track with my current challenge, my first 5K should be run at about 215 lbs. Sure sounds good to me. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Probably won't workout tomorrow; have after-work commitment. Plan on doing hills on treadmill Saturday, and possibly a bike ride.
