Selkirk Dragon Boat Festival today. PPs came in 5th overall. Not our best showing, and as usual, were beat by River City, and other teams: MTS (Gord's team), the young kids from MPA and in the Silver medal heat, beat by the Selkirk team. As Ron said, we didn't have our top guns in today's races. Food wise did well. Went to Boston Pizza with Ron and Carolyn after the races and had baked salmon with veggies and salad, staying well within my calorie allotment. Did well and and am continuing to loose weight. Go girl go!!! (although I'm still at the back of the boat.) Finished my Curves challenge for the week and completed my sit-ups challenge for the week. (managed 98 total in the 200 sit-ups challenge)
