Hmmm... Lets see - Halloween Candy, Halloween parties, not enough exercise, not enough water, not enough vegetables, too many carbs, the usual "I need to get back on my diet, so I'm going to eat more stupid things than usual"

Hopefully - the "I am going to be seeing my new boyfriend again for the first time in 4.5 months in only 36 days" will keep me on the straight and narrow for the next 36 days.

I'm hoping that the TOM is part of the elevated weight, but I've been over 140 consistently for the last couple of weeks and I want to be under 140 by the time I go on christmas vacation... so my motto - Just say no to things that don't help - and - feeling hungry - glass of water first, then reassess... and maybe "would you like a serving of vegetables with that"

Okay... here we go... no more procrastinating.
