Went off the wagon quite a bit on Saturday; tried to make up for it on Sunday, and now I'm back on track. Had a pretty good workout at 4:00 AM this morning. I need to get back into that routine. Walked some hills, and even did a little jogging. Finished up with a relatively easy walk the last 10 minutes - total of 30 minutes.
