Because I'm happy, happy, happy, 2 more pounds down. This week was kind of hard, I almost started some of my old habits of searching through cook books, I had to snap out of it. But the one thing I can say I regret, happened this morning. I ran out of bananas to put in my morning shake so I search through the deep freeze and found the frozen peach I purchased more than a year ago and yes they tasted just like the freezer....groooooosssssss. Strewed up my shake but hats ok I was still able to get that full feeling.
