Hi Mamma! Nice to see you popping in. I too have followed my eating plan very very poorly. I have gained about 3 kgs over easter. I still have chocolate all over the house... not great. Trying to get back on the horse now. It is very difficult. Hope you are well :)  

Chocolate in the house is a problem. No answes for that one. Im doing ok. Gained a bit but trying hard tovget back to business. My stress is right out there. Lots going on. Leaving for USA holiday in 5 weeks. Would really like to get under 90. Hope you are getting back in your zone :) 

Hi Mamma! That is a good goal to have. You have 5 weeks before your holiday. Just one day at a time, and 100 grams at a time. I am still not doing well. Stress is playing a big part of my life at the moment. Trying very hard to get back on track - one day at a time.
