So I went for that walk this morning and it was fabulous to get out in the fresh air. Moving this body on real pavement is different than on an elliptical...I did find myself in some pain in my hips...it's been there for months now, but I am in denial... just like the denial I have been in about my food choices. There certainly is a lot more crap food entries than I used to allow. Awareness, Accountability and Acceptance. I can do better. I will do better. Have a great day everyone!

Interesting, Lulani! Hips are so funny in that at times they seem fine, and at times you wonder if you are going to make your next step. It's that arthritis that creeps up on you, like a silent ghost. Sometimes those hips just need to warm up, but I believe ice works miracles if used enough. Keep on keeping on there, my dear!
