Yesterday was bring a friend day to the gym..so I brought my boyfriend. Man, I kicked his butt! He's so skinny and it felt A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! to be able to do things he couldnt! lol. He did kick my butt when it came to abs, though...gotta work on that. He was a good motivator, though, I wish I could brign him everyday...sigh.

On another note- I only went over my points by 1 yesterday! Considering it was my first day back on WW for awhile...I don't think I did too poorly. I need to watch my portions, though. I broke out the meat scale at dinner and was pretty bummed at what 4 oz of chicken was...lol. Oh well- it'll pay off! :)
