Juice Fast Update - My second fast day didn’t go so well. We had our Christmas party on Tuesday night before my fast day and I felt hungry and grumpy all day. It got to late afternoon and had to break it. Next week I will make sure that I go into it better prepared. No late night, alcohol orrich food before the my detox day.

Thanks for the update. I think it will always be a challegne to survive a whole day on juice, try a Jumba juice, they are like a meal.
