Another fast for me...and this time 48 hour fast. Being on Keto diet makes this fasting so easy, due to the fact that you can control your hunger.......Last week did a 36 hour fast on the 7th and lost 1 kilo (2.2lb). This week lost a whopping, banging, humongous, thumping, walloping 4lb loss. next week will do again....I cant seem to explain how good i feel with my energy and strength, but i can really kick ass this way. Lets see where this will take me.

Fred, I am glad I am not the only one afraid to do longer fasts. They really are amazing are they not? These longer mini fasts really do the trick for killing the fat. Perfect for breaking homeostasis.
