Another fast for me...and this time 48 hour fast. Being on Keto diet makes this fasting so easy, due to the fact that you can control your hunger.......Last week did a 36 hour fast on the 7th and lost 1 kilo (2.2lb). This week lost a whopping, banging, humongous, thumping, walloping 4lb loss. next week will do again....I cant seem to explain how good i feel with my energy and strength, but i can really kick ass this way. Lets see where this will take me.
