I have no scale. So I can't weigh in. I am not sure that is such a bad thing. Getting on the scale can be obcessive. I didnt eat well today. I didnt eat anything I wasn't supposed to but I haven't ate enough. All I have ate is a hot dog (minus the bread of course) and a few almonds. I just haven't had time today. I want to grab some chips but I haven't caved in yet. Oh wait, I did eat a little bit of carb watchers ice cream but only a few teaspoons. Not sure if I want to buy a scale or not. I have been low-carb for 4 days so far. Planning on sticking with it this time around.
