Friday, still no weight changes. I guess if it hasn't gone up I can't be too upset. It's been a long but quick week, the kids have each been sick a day from school, so then I had to stay home from work with them and I had bad eating days both those days. I also kept forgetting to refill my prescription for my meds that help with my joint pain, so today I'm feeling it. I got the pills this afternoon and took one right away and am feeling so much better, no excuses not to workout now. I'm going to try my hardest to do my workout after work and keep up with it this weekend. I'm so ready for the weekend!!
