Went to Curves 4 days/week for 4 weeks. Yeah. I also took in 3 Zumba classes as an extra burn. It was fun but not as hard as the Curves circuit or dragon boating. No dragon boating this week. Gained 1 lb with all the Thanksgiving eating this past week--lots of desserts. That has to end. So far so good today. It helps to record all the food and exercise on the FatSecret Diary. What a great tool!! Ron's away this weekend, driving the Passat to Calgary for Mark. Karen came in as well and is driving out with Ron. Time to resume sit-ups. See you later.
