Today I am going to lower my net carbs. I looked over my food journal and most of my carbs are coming from sweet n low,coffeemate creamer and the Atkins bar:( I love them all. I will replace the coffeemate with heavy whipping cream,I have to lose the Atkins bar(the sugar alcohols are taking me out of ketosis anyway) and I probably will not cut back on sweet n low,honestly.I know one thing...even if Im not able to lose weight through low carb it looks like I've consistently cut my calories dramatically for weeks without meaning to.I'll reach my goal one way or another;)
