Well, yesterday was a blowout. I DID record everything as best I could, which is unusual for me, usually I don't want to see it all in black and white. Went to a local italian place so just used Olive Garden values. Ate a bunch of nuts so I wouldn't eat the pizza I knew was coming later. Ate it anyway even AFTER all the nuts. That backfired. Going to Pizza Ranch today. Plan=nothing after pizza ranch. Fast until tomorrow when we are having family over for cookout. That will bring it's own set of trials and tribulations! Yesterday is over, I forgive myself, I will keep moving forward...

It's a speedbump called life Rckc you don't need to apologize for living, we only get one go round on this crazy carousel. If we don't find a balance between meeting our goals and enjoying life we will be miserable and no one wants that...well most of us don't, I know I can't speak for everyone. The trick is finding that sweet spot where you can meet your goals AND enjoy life's speedbumps, it's out there....somewhere!

Debra put it well! If we can't enjoy living, then the effort we expend to lose weight, be healthy, look good really isn't worth it! But I think it is!!

The social event; birthdays, friends, family, BBQ's...life happens, you are dealing with it and minimizing the "damage"...that's how it's done.
