I haven't felt well the last couple of days, but got my workout in this morning. I'm eating whatever sounds good, because my stomach hurts and for me to eat anything when I have stomach issues it has to sound good. My calories will probably suffer this week, but I'll make it up when I'm feeling better. Salad for lunch doesn't sound the best when my stomach is cramping and screaming at me. Oh well, this is life and I have to learn to deal with what comes, whether it be that I felt crappy so my calories suffered or I didn't exercise because I was sick, these things happen and I won't beat myself up for them. Other than feeling yucky I think it will be a good week!
