I was looking for a calorie counter type scenario and stumbled upon fatsecret haha so here I am.
I've lost about 15 kgs since Christmas 2015 so I'm pretty stoked but I've plateaued something awful for the last month. Which sucks because I'm trying too hard for the results I'm currently getting. But I'm still trying. Today is weigh-in day for me so we'll see how that goes.
Also I've just bought my first stationary bike. Just a cheapie but will definitely be getting it out of the box when I get home. I'm currently doing an afternoon walk and work out after work and I average about 10k steps a day. I eventually want to get into a gym... I've told myself, by August, so that's the time frame. The scary time frame lol Waaah!! It makes me anxious!!
Also working on my terrible sleep habits! I was prescribed with a sleeping aid that I think worked, but now that I have to go without it, old habits are creeping back in! Screen time is a no-no!!
