WOW, Laura! I couldn't see the pic earlier. That is awesome! Nice definition! You know, I used to think a few pounds was nothing. I guess it's because it feels like nothing when one is/was almost 250lbs. Now, I can really tell a difference in the way my clothes fit with just a 3-5lb gain or lose. Thank you for sharing what 16lb loss looks like on a "normal" sized person! We all need visual clarity sometimes! <3
