OUCH!! My thighs and rear end do not like me much today! I had thought that my daily sets of slow squats would have strengthened my thighs enough to withstand a 30 minutes horseback ride.....but no! Even after an epsom soak this morning I am stiff, slightly bowlegged and my thighs protest every shift from seated to standing. I am such a crybaby! Hubby is laughing at me which makes the thought of tossing him off the roof very appealing! I cussed under my breath for my entire morning walk! This too shall pass and if I make a regular event of it, it will go away entirely. No squats today, I'm already a candidate for tourette's syndrome treatment! You guys have a great day!

I feel your pain, Deb! I only get to ride a couple of times a year, and the next few days are a trial! The best cure is to get back in the saddle ASAP!
