I would like to wish all my buddies a happy Independence Day and for
Northernmusician a belated Happy Canada Day or I guess I can still say, I hope you are having a happy Canada Day Weekend. I've got a traditional family picnic to go to today - my challenge will be not eat too much as I did about a week ago. I had a number of graduation parties to attend and I over ate and over drank. On a couple of days, it was 300% of my suggested RDI. It showed up on my weight chart. Of course, it did not help that I was running at just a little above 100% of my RDI the entire month. So today, my challenge will to stay below 150% .
