With my home laptop down, I miss my frequent pop ins to FS. And... the accountability! I haven't been weighing my food, writing things down and you know where that can lead.
It has been crazy busy...work, company/visitors, upcoming niece's wedding, my son moving. Lots of challenges to overcome on the food and exercise front.
