Completely fell off the wagon. I haven't weighed myself because I really don't want to know. I'll do my weigh in tomorrow morning and take it as it is. I have had a chest cold and been feeling under the weather for over a week and it's taken it's toll. I haven't been exercising because for one I have no energy and for another I feel like crud. I'm going to try to get back into the exercise this weekend and buy some healthy foods. I need to make some veggie soup or something because I've been eating a lot of junk just because I don't want a cold salad. It's been bad because I know I'm eating junk, but I just do it anyway. I'll find out tomorrow what damage has been done and try to jump back on the wagon.
