I really need to watch my carbohydrate intake from here on out. 50grams or less is going to be a challenge for from here on out, i want to get into ketosis soon...i am not even a candy person so WTF!!!!!. This up and down thing is really starting to piss me off...Gotta get serious or i might as well get off this site and stop wasting my time and others! What am i scared of?(being smaller) who will i become? Will i still be the same person or will i think my Sh#t don't stink? hmmmmmmmmm........
