Finally I am really back on track. Yesterday I had a nice dinner at around 7.30 and I didn't have any cravings after that. I ate some cherries later on in the evening, and it was a refreshing end of the day. And I stayed within my daily calorie intake. I also drink more water, try to have at least one liter a day, even more. Fill my belly with water when have some thought about snacks.
Discipline is important and I enjoy the result: I see that I keep my RDI, feel more energetic and so on.
Still didn't lose weight since I re-started a few days ago, but I know I will in some time.
