After work, ran errands, got starved...drove to Costco and got a chicken ceasar salad and ate half of it! Better food choice...I have been having way too much pizza or fat laden foods...I feel I can make it till dinner and stay within my RDI. Protein is a tad lower than I'd like...I will work on that next time! IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK!
