TGIF! After a short shift at work, I am resting up for a grandchildren over nighter. The biggest hurdle is not consuming too much of what they like to eat. Actually, i will probably eat a separate meal.... They eat very healthily, but there all all the extras....popcorn with a movie and popsicles after swimming etc...just plain fun stuff. Isabelle wants to bake choc-chip cookies...its gonna be 90 or hotter today!...we will do a small batch in the toaster oven, I think. She loves to do all the measuring and mixing...no slice and bake in this house....although that's what grampa suggested...:)! very smart guy!

I have eaten well and worked out lightly this week and am reaping the benefits of recording my food. I feel so much better...I was picking up weight as quick and easily it is to pick up a fast food meal through the drive up!!!! But, I am BACK! And you are all here with me. we are here for each other. Big thank yous to all who have supported me! have a great weekend everyone!!!!
