Woke up Saturday morning to 225.0 lbs. Yahoo! Achieved another mini-goal. Woke up Sunday morning to 227.0 and then back up to 227.5 this morning. Not chalking up victory yet. Oh well, even though it was just a teaser, I know that I always get back to it eventually.
Considering I worked my butt off this weekend, but didn't get any workouts in, and overslept this morning, because I didn't set my alarm clock, I can't say that I consistently did anything to expect any consistent results.
Onward and upward - I mean downward; Well, you know what I mean.
Going to run tonight. I never try to make up for time lost; that's an excellent way to bring on an injury. I can run 30 minutes straight now, but will still probably take a minute walking after 20. I am more concerned with building a good base, than I am with seeing how far and fast I can go.
If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?
