Stepped on the scale today and found that it said I lost 2 lbs. since Monday. Huh? I don't know how, my eating hasn't been that great and I've worked out a total of once this week. And, I've been so tired that when I get home I just zone out on the couch with barely enough energy to read with my kids and help them with homework. I'll see what happens tomorrow, because that will be my official weigh in. I'll take the loss if it sticks, I just don't know why there is even a loss. I guess the reason I'm not super excited is because the last time I had lost weight without trying I had to have surgery because of an intestinal issue, so I tend to worry when I'm not doing anything and have a sudden loss (I don't think I've lost 2 lbs in one week before). For now, I guess I just need to relax, look at the positive, and I really want to try to get some exercise in this evening.
