This is so NOT about my willpower. Why eat when the body does not really need food? This is about returning to the way we ate when we were children, when we were naturally thin and food did not call. This is about doing it God's way, the way that He programmed. Committed to waiting for true stomach hunger, growl to growl. Anything else is just excuses-- me wanting food for NO justifiable reason.
7:30am: coffee with splash of milk, 1 c. Bran flakes cereal. 1:15pm: 1/2 thumbprint cookie, 12oz nonfat latte. 8pm: butternut squash soup, 2 slices turkey meat, whole wheat pita, 1 Tb. Nutella.
