On a mission here. Managed 30 mins walking on treadmill, 10 mins cycling, plus physio exercises. Yessss. If all goes well with physio over next two weeks, hope to be walking longer distances more frequently before classes start. Lol my meals. No cooking and not bored yet. ;-)
7:30: coffee 11:44am: 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie, 12oz nfat latte 4:50pm: 1c. blueberries, 1 whole wheat pita, 1 Tb. Nutella. 7:00pm: butternut squash soup, 1 slice turkey meat.
