I didn't finish the water challenge like I planned, however I will get there. I lost a pound and I know what I did and didn't do. So many good things are happening around me and I'm loving it. I'm off to congratulate and encourage as many as I can. Shout out to Mirenda for dropping 4 pounds, and for Sam who thought he wasn't losing anything, he lost 5.5 pounds! Whoop whoop, let's do this!
