Went to WW last night and the scales said 6.5lb of so well chuffed with that It was really 3.5lbs in a week as I had lighter clothes on. Going to Belgium next week and asking the wife if she will renew the vows next year, we will have been married 25 years next year so hope she says yes, If not I will be in the chocolate shops and the Half moon brewery :) Good luck on your weight losses.
