Having been out a lot haven't lost anything, but noone to blame but me. However, a slightly positive one, found couldn't actually eat everything on my plate. Another thing now is that I get frightful sort of indigestion when I eat, mainly stuff like bread. So am busy not eating bread and trying to find out besides bread what is causing this really unpleasant discomfort -eg, reduce food intake a lot, then see what reaction is.
